A group name contest was launched on January 23 KST via the Instagram account of NewJeans' five members. The participants wrote: "Bunnies! For the purpose of choosing a new group name that we may use temporarily, we are organizing a contest. "Please use the comments to participate!"
The five members also issued a formal statement earlier today announcing that they had engaged Law Firm Sejong to assist as their legal counsel in the continuing exclusive contract dispute with ADOR.
