Concerns about plagiarism have been raised in relation to a drawn figure that appears in Jeon So Mi's "Fast Forward" music video.
A few internet users immediately noted the similarities between the look of an illustrated figure in Jeon So Mi's video and a character from the Japanese manga series "Urusei Yatsura" by Takahashi Rumiko following the MV's release on August 7 KST.
In example, they discovered that many of the attributes of the figure from Jeon So Mi's "Fast Forward" MV matched up identically with the female character on the cover of Takahashi Rumiko's manga when they horizontally flipped the cover picture for the first volume of "Urusei Yatsura." Some continued to express concerns about the MV's Jeon So Mi character
