J-Hope of BTS, who was honored for his outstanding military service, has 2025 as his goal.
As he enters a crucial year, BTS member J-Hope is getting a lot of praise for his excellent military service.
Reflecting on the significant events of 2024, J-Hope posted a collection of sentimental images on his social media on January 5th KST. His commitment was demonstrated by his military accomplishments, which included becoming a Special Warrior, receiving an early promotion, and leading a squad.
Honored military service
The images showed poignant moments from his time in the military. Notably, top commanders, including colonels, were observed kneeling in reverence as scores of other troops celebrated his departure on the day of his discharge. This uncommon deed demonstrated J-Hope's influence on both superiors and fellow soldiers.
In a message, one colonel commended him, saying, "You did your job as a drill teacher quite well. We will never forget the efforts you made to strengthening the military. J-Hope further solidified his status as an exemplary soldier by proudly sharing his collection of 11 commendations from his service.
Considering 2025
"2024 was an emotionally intense year for me, filled with a mix of worry, excitement, and solitude as I transitioned out of the military," J-Hope wrote in a touching essay on Weverse about his year. I'm now looking forward to and determinedly embracing 2025. He stressed how 2025 seemed like a pivotal point in his path and that he hoped everyone will "blossom beautifully" this year.
Continuing to be kind
In keeping with his charitable nature, J-Hope recently gave the Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association 100 million won, or around $79,000, to help the victims of the Jeju Air flight disaster at Muan International Airport. This deed further cemented his good impact as a kind person and a worldwide celebrity.
