After ITZY's recent autograph session, many fans expressed concern for member Lia as she seemed to be feeling unwell. On an online community forum, some netizens posted a post titled "It can be seen that ITZY's Lia is not feeling well". Here, the netizen posted various videos and photos showing Leah turning around on stage and sticking her neck out, as well as appearing to be in a trance during the event. One of the videos was captioned: "So I just watched the whole autograph session yesterday and Leah really did her best to make it fun and enjoyable because Leah wasn't feeling well during the whole event."
Additionally, some photos taken by ITZY members after the autograph session showed Lia missing, leading many to speculate that she left early to rest or receive pain treatment.
