'Hope On The Street Vol.1' by J-Hope reaches the top 5 on Billboard 200



J-Hope of BTS has broken a record on the US Billboard charts.


A chart preview article that was published on the official Billboard website on the 8th (KST) claims that J-Hope's special album


After being released on March 29th, "Hope On The Street Vol.1" debuted at number five on the Billboard 200 album list, which was updated on April 13th.


This is J-hope's highest-ranking solo album on the "Billboard 200." 44,000 album sales, 4,000 equivalent album sales from streaming data, and 2,000 equivalent album sales from digital track downloads were reported for the album.


Additionally, J-Hope made history by being the only solo K-pop artist to have two consecutive works (albums) in the top 10 of the "Billboard 200." His 2022 Weverse album "Jack In The Box" peaked at number 17 on this list. The following year, it was reissued as a physical album and peaked at number 6 on the "Billboard 200."


Currently, 'Hope On The Street Vol.1' is in fifth position. The CD "Hope On The Street Vol.1" captures J-hope's creative beginnings in "street dance," representing his individuality and initial goals. J-Hope is also hitting a "career high" with this latest release, as evidenced by it ranking 38th on the UK's Official Album Chart.
