On February 23 at approximately 9:30 am KST, BTS's music video for their second English-language single "Butter" officially reached over 700 million views on YouTube. Released on May 21, 2021, the MV for "Butter" hit the mark approximately 9 months after its release.

"Butter" marks BTS's 10th music video to reach the milestone, following "DOPE," "Fire," "Blood, Sweat & Tears," "Fake Love," "IDOL," "Mic Drop," "DNA," and "Boy With Luv."
