Jisoo of BLACKPINK is starting a new chapter in her career by launching her label, BLISSOO, which is a bold move toward her solo endeavors.
A BLISSOO spokesperson told this newspaper in the afternoon of February 21: "We are opening the official website and SNS channels today." Our goal is to establish a vibrant forum where Jisoo may interact directly with her followers. We want to portray a range of situations to the public and highlight Jisoo's good spirit through a range of activities that aren't restricted to one sector."
To commemorate the beginning of this new endeavor, Jisoo came up with the label BLISSOO, which combines the term Bliss, which denotes ultimate enjoyment, with the artist's charm, like a priceless gift.
Although Jisoo's group, BLACKPINK, had extended their contract with YG Entertainment for group activities at the end of the previous year, there had been no official announcements about Jisoo's solo pursuits, which piqued fans' interest.
