ATTRAKT CEO Jun Hong Joon said he wanted FIFTY FIFTY members to come back


ATTRAKT CEO Jun Hong Joon spoke out about the court's rejection of the order to suspend the exclusive contract of FIFTY FIFTY.

On that day, the Civil Division No. 50 of the Seoul Central District Court denied FIFTY FIFTY's request for an exclusive contract suspension order against their management agency, ATTRAKT.


The court dismissed three charges of FIFTY FIFTY:

failure to comply with facility obligations, failure to comply with health protection obligations, and lack of adequate support. In response, they said, “Since there is no good reason for this claim, all claims are denied. Accordingly, FIFTY FIFTY will bear all costs of litigation. The court considers the evidence of both parties; However, they struggle to prove that trust has been compromised. The court considered the evidence presented by both parties but found it difficult to determine that trust between them had been broken.


CEO Jun said, “I am extremely grateful to the many fans who have supported me and the company. He added, "If everything goes well for me, I think I should support those who are unfairly treated, even if it's just a small grain of sand. I think I shouldn't let it go in the future."


However, CEO Jun has expressed his intention to pursue legal action against The Givers, who he accuses of trying to remove members.

Responding to the court's refusal to issue the ban, the legal representative of FIFTY FIFTY said: "After receiving the written judgment, we will consult with the members and decide whether to appeal," alluding to a possible conclusion within two to three days.
